Job Folder Distribution
1. Travis processes Job Folder.
2. Distribution
a. If Deposit Required
– Travis distributes Folder to Billing for Invoicing of Deposit and Shawn for Initial Review.
– During Initial Review Shawn will work with pertinent parties to determine Tentative Schedule for Installation and “Due Date” for equipment to meet that scheduled date.
– Once Deposit is received and Initial Review is complete Travis will distribute all Folders to all pertinent Departments.
b. If No Deposit required then a DUE DATE for the install will be entered into SME by Install Dept.
3. All orders will be placed according to “Due Date”
– If no Deposit Required
– Travis distributes Folder to Shawn for Initial Review, all other Folders held until Initial Review complete.
– During Initial Review Shawn will work with pertinent parties to determine Tentative Schedule for Installation and “Due Date” for equipment to meet that scheduled date.
4. Once Initial Review is complete Travis will distribute all Folders to all pertinent Departments.
– All orders will be placed according to “Due Date”
– If no due date is found in SME check with Install Dept for that information
DUE DATE is determined based on needs of permitting and other factors that could delay or prevent job. It is the discretion of the Install Dept Management team to determine best time to place orders for equipment to meet schedules and not sit in warehouse too long.
